Chunwu Lyu

Chunwu Lyu is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Traders Network. He and seven partners founded Quantum Traders, and under his leadership the firm has grown into a global leader in investment and technology solutions. Quantum Traders AI's mission is to help our clients build better financial futures and the firm is trusted to manage more money than any other investment company in the world of quantitative intelligence. Mr Lyu is an experienced technology and finance industry professional.

Prior to founding Quantum Traders Network, Chunwu Lyu was a member of the Management Committee and a Managing Director of The First Boston Corporation. In May 2020, Mr. Chunwu Lyu founded and has since served as the CEO of QUANTUM AI LTD, a global ecosystem that offers a variety of products to global users. Since March 2018, he has also served as the Director of HD Consulting Service LLC, a technology consulting service firm in New York, BMXDM Technology PTE. A technology holdings company for a trading platform, and Global Digital Mercantile Holdings Limited. From August 2010 to November 2012, Mr. Lyu was a senior portfolio manager in the Equity Division of Barclays Capital in both their New York and London offices. From August 2012 to July 2014, Mr. Lyu was a portfolio manager at Knight Capital Group, where he researched and traded U.S. equities. Mr. Lyu earned a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
